When Mily and I started exploring the internet business arena, we really had no idea as to how it would be possible to make money online, we were just curious and a bit bored of our day jobs.

Our first take on the internet was at paid surveys and other small-time opportunities that in a good month maybe delivered about $600, so we were happy with the extra cash but we knew this would hardly be a life changing opportunity.

Nonetheless, such little outcome made us more curious and ambitious. For that reason we decided to give a shot at selling on Amazon and Ebay, and although we pulled some good cash, we still weren't anywhere near the figures we were dreaming of. We had some $10,000 months, but we won't lie to you, this was a lot of work.

Our goal at the time was to reach a $20,000 per month income and then quit our jobs, but as you can imagine that was not easy (in fact I myself doubted that I would ever be able to accomplish such goal).

However, we wanted so bad to get out of our 9 to 5 job that we kept going and researching literally dozens of business opportunities, and of course, in the process we got scammed several times, while occasionally stumbling upon truly educational and useful resources like Ewen Chia's Autopilot Profits and Commission Blueprint.

This process of trial and error cost us nearly $2,000 in useless e-books, memberships, you name it, but finally those two courses meant the difference between absolute ignorance and having a clear idea of what was really needed in order to build a real online success from internet marketing.

It was at this point that we clearly understood how we were going to make money big big money online. That understanding opened our eyes to the profit potential we were looking for in our home business.

Of course, the fact that we understood this also meant that we became aware that there would not be such thing as easy money online. Building a business, even if it is an internet business, will demand a lot of effort, but the upside here is that you do have an actual opportunity to make a lot -and I really mean a lot- of money working from home without the need for employees or inventories.

Indeed, we had not only learned how it was possible to make a lot of money online, but we had also learned how to do that without spending a dime (through internet marketing), so yes, it took us a while to make our first sale, and when we say it took us a while we mean it took 15 days!!

Considering that our background had nothing to do with the internet -and least of all with internet marketing- we were really excited and we felt this was really a great success. We had made $54 without ever having anything to do with internet marketing!

That single little thing made us two believers and we quickly realized that internet marketing was the ideal business venture for the work at home entrepreneur, and one with the potential to become the $10,000 per month home business we were after, so we kept investing in educational resources and courses to make us ever more skilled marketers.
